Each year Avon Ltd invite 50 of their top Field Sales Staff to attend
a Convention in an exotic location. This is an opportunity for the
senior management at Avon to spend time with their top sales staff,
deliver key business messages and share cultural experiences. This
Incentive brings to the Company approx £4 million sales per
year and is the ultimate incentive for field sales force.
The event in 2006 was to Malaysia for 500 Avon staff, travelling from
UK to 5 European gateways to connect onwards to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
This was due to Avon policy of no more than 120 per flight. The group
spent 4 nights at the Sunway Resort and Spa Kuala Lumpur ( five hotels
one destination), due to the seer size of the group we need something
