A Professional Account Manager — A professional event
coordinator or “Account Manager” is assigned to each account.
This person will work closely with the client from beginning to end,
and have an in-depth and clear understanding of the program requirements
and goals. This person will assist the client with all pre-event preparation
and planning, they will go on-site to ensure a smooth execution and
they will wrap up all details upon completion of the event.
Pre-event Management — The Sky Motivation
Group team, under guidance of the Account Manager will work with
the client on the concept, flow, theme, goals, and details of the
event or meeting. Sky Motivation can assist with compiling air travel
itineraries, creating arrival and departure manifests for the transportation
company, creating attendee lists and rooming lists, developing and
implementing theme parties, booking entertainment, creating and
mailing guest communication pieces and teasers, planning guest activities,
arranging and purchasing room gifts and amenities, coordinating
and hiring transportation services, and much more.
On-site Event Management — From the moment
the guests arrive at the airport until the moment they depart there
will be Sky Motivation staff available to assist. Everything, from
airport arrivals, hotel check-in, the guest hospitality desk, food
and beverage events, on-site meetings, room deliveries, transportation,
activity coordination, etc., will be professionally monitored and
staffed. Sky Motivation Group will handle all the event details,
allowing our clients to focus on the content.
“Flawless Experience” — Sky
Motivation Group’s main priority is to make sure the event
is seamless and enjoyable for the guests. From airport arrivals
to the last goodbye, Sky Motivation will be available to assist
your guests with all of their needs. Sky Motivation Group refers
to this as “Flawless Experience.” Your guests will know
where they need to be and when they need to be there. They will
have a resource available to them to ask questions about the area.
Our staff will act as a private concierge for the guests.
Post Event Management — Once the program
is complete, Sky Motivation Group will wrap up all of the final
accounting in a timely fashion and present the client with a detailed
budget, including all aspects of the program handled by Sky Motivation.
Sky Motivation can also create and send out a guest survey to collect
opinions of the event.
